Flower Chair

I love these fluffy, colorful chairs by Tokujin Yoshioka… It must be like curling up in a bouquet of carnations! I wonder if they smell as nice.

For a similarly cozy experience (minus the gorgeous petals, unfortunately), try the comfy cup chair by Modz:

Pin Cushion

What is it about cactuses that immediately makes some people think — “hey, that would make a great chair!” Now, to be fair… I think the spines on this one are soft, at least.

It’s not the most intuitive design, but I have to admit, it is pretty striking. And I love the pink and green coloring together.

Tickled Pink

I’m still so excited about my bungee chair, I wanted to follow up my description yesterday with a picture post today.  I hear there aren’t many of these gorgeous pink chairs left, so grab one while you still can.

The pictures we have on the SeatingZone website don’t quite do justice to the eye-catching brightness of the true color. Also check out this shot to see the way the cords line up to give gentle lumbar support.

A shot of the neat hexagon-patterned armrests I mentioned yesterday.

There it is, getting used to its new home. Thanks again to the guys at Seatability for letting us try it out!

Valentine Chair

<a href=" Happy Valentine’s Day! Last week, the other girl and I got the idea to ask Seatability to send us one of their awesome bungee chairs. I’ve written about these before, because I always thought the pictures and concept seemed so cool, but I’d never sat in one, and we were both eager to try it out for ourselves.

Well, the boys over at Seatability were nice enough to send over on of their Elite Series Management Task chairs — in bright pink! Of course, every purchase of these pink chairs includes a donation to breast cancer research, but we like to think of it as an extra-sweet Valentine’s gift!

And you know what they say: good ergonomic design beats candy and flowers any day. (Well, maybe only I say that.)

Look for a full review of the bungee chair next week, after I’ve had a chance to break it in!

Sit For a Cure

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so if you’re thinking about investing in a new chair, now’s the perfect time to think about going pink! We’ve got a couple of great chairs available that will not only make a bright and colorful statement in your office… and better yet, a portion of the proceeds goes to support breast cancer research.

For each of the Seatability Bungee or Eurotech Vapor chairs sold in pink, a donation will be made to fund breast cancer research and programs, so do check them out. It’s not every day you get to cure cancer just by shopping for office furniture!

Think Pink

We all know how much I love colorful chairs, but did you know that you can brighten more than just your own day with a vibrant color choice?

With every purchase of a Seatability Pink Elite Task Chair, $10 will be donated to the Komen for the Cure foundation, supporting breast cancer prevention research.  So if you’ve been thinking about getting yourself one of these stylish and comfortable bungee chairs in an eye-catching color, now you have one more great reason.

Still not sure?  Read more about bungee chairs here and here.
